DESCRIPTION:This summer\, give your kids the opportunity to build confidence\, strength\, teamwork\, and healthy habits with our first-ever HYROX Kids Training Camp at Torque Body Shop! \nOver 5 fun-filled days\, campers will learn: \n\nWhat HYROX is and why functional fitness matters\nProper running and movement mechanics\nStrength\, endurance\, agility\, and teamwork skills\nHealthy nutrition habits and athlete fueling\nRecovery\, stretching\, hydration\, and body care\nHow to make simple healthy snacks and meals\n\nEach day includes: \n✔ HYROX-inspired workouts and games\n✔ Skill development and movement coaching\n✔ Nutrition and wellness education\n✔ Recovery and mobility work\n✔ Healthy lunch to finish the day \nThis camp is designed to help kids move well\, build confidence\, stay active\, and have FUN in a positive and encouraging environment. \nDETAILS:\n📅 June 22–26\n⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM daily\n📍 Torque Body Shop\n💲 $275 per child\n👧 Recommended ages: 10-14 \nSpots will be limited to ensure personalized coaching and attention. \nTo reserve your child’s spot\, send us an email at christina@torquebodyshop.com.
