This is a FREE class for those who want to learn more about our RIDE class. We will go over the following: \n\nWhat to bring + what to wear & why\nHow to set up your bike for your body\nHow to change resistance on the bike and set yourself up for success\nLearn the different types of choreography we will do in class\nUnderstand the class format\nAsk any additional questions that you have\nGet a bit of a workout in too!\n\nYou can sign up for the class on our website and our app!
