DESCRIPTION:Join us at lululemon Boise Towne Square as Christina Ratusznik from Torque Body Shop joins forces with the crew at lululemon for a WINTER RESET – Wellness Workshop. You can expect an enriching evening focused on balancing your nervous system and empowering you with tools to harmonize key areas of well-being\, including stress regulation\, sleep\, movement\, nutrition\, community\, and connection. This one-time event is designed to give you practical insights and techniques for cultivating balance in your daily life as we move into a new year! \nWe will begin with a quick breathing exercise to bring everyone into the present moment\, helping to calm the mind and set the tone for the evening. This will be followed by a 30-45 minute interactive lecture covering essential strategies and insights for managing stress and improving overall well-being. You’ll also receive a take home handout packed with additional tools\, resources\, and guidance to refer back to after the session. \nTo close the evening\, we’ll guide you through a 30-minute restorative and meditative practice\, designed to help you integrate what you’ve learned and leave feeling deeply relaxed and centered. Expect an atmosphere of learning\, reflection\, and community connection that will set you on a path to greater harmony and self-care.
